This website (the "Website") is owned and maintained by Connect First Credit Union ("connectFirst"). References to the Website include all related web pages, content (including mobile content), social media pages, materials and information provided or made available by connectFirst, but exclude Third Party Websites (as defined below).

Application

These Legal Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") apply to and govern your use of the Website. If you access or use the Website, or view, download, print or use any of the contents, documentation, web pages, information, materials, or features or functionality on or available through the Website, as well as any social media pages used or made available by Connect First (collectively, the "Content"), then you accept and agree to be legally bound by, and to comply with, these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use will apply, without limitation, to your use of any downloadable application and any software or other technology to access the Content made available or provided by Connect First on the Website.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and any other legal statements on any of the Content or the Website, these Terms of Use will apply and take priority unless the other legal statement expressly provides otherwise.

Connect First may change or amend these Terms of Use without notice at any time, and from time to time. You agree and confirm that it is your responsibility to check for such changes each time you access or use the Website or the Content, and such access or use will confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Use as amended. Any breach of these Terms of Use may result in legal action, and all legal rights of Connect First are expressly reserved.

Connect First may also change the Content or the Website from time to time, and at any time. These Terms of Use will apply and continue to apply to the Website and all Content, and you use thereof, regardless of any such changes. Connect First will have no liability to you for changes to the Content or to the Website, including removal of any features, functionality or Content you may wish to use.

Accountability for our Privacy Code

The credit union is accountable for all personal information in our possession or control, including personal information that has been transferred to a third party for processing. The credit union has appointed a Chief Privacy Officer to oversee privacy governance including policy, dispute resolution, education, and communication activities, as well reporting to our Board of Directors on privacy matters. Contact information for our Chief Privacy Officer is provided at the end of this Privacy Code.

Each credit union employee is personally responsible for maintaining member confidence in the credit union by ensuring personal information is respected and protected within their control. We provide training and communication programs designed to educate employees about the meaning and requirements of this Code. We conduct a combination of compliance self-assessments and audits to verify compliance with this Code and the specific policies and procedures that support the Code.
